By accessing or using WildThread ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use WildThread. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content to WildThread, creators grant the Platform a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the content to subscribers and purchasers as intended.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed through Stripe. Creators set their own subscription pricing. WildThread may charge a platform fee on transactions. Refund policies are governed by the creator's individual terms and applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: share or redistribute gated content, impersonate others, harass or abuse other users, upload illegal content, or attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures.

7. Content Moderation

WildThread reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action against users who violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

8. Privacy

Your use of WildThread is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

WildThread is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WildThread after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
